With past careers in the Actuarial Sciences and as Marketing Director for the Domestic Gift Division of Avon Products, Inc., Ms. Douds is experienced in business development, global networks and marketing strategy. Joanne is Vice President of Development and Global Markets for Prominent Properties Sotheby’s International Realty. Ms. Douds is a recognized and requested speaker in real estate, marketing and the nonprofit world. Joanne Douds has been on the FIABCI-USA Board of Directors since 2011. She is a Board Member and past President of the FIABCI NY Northeast Council. She has served as VP of Exchanges for FIABCI since 2014. Joanne is a founding member of Luxury Real Estate and the Luxury Marketing Institute, member of the Employee Relocation Council, Women in Relocation, and the GREEN Resource Council. 2016 appointed Americore Mentor for students at Rutgers University. Mentor for students of International Studies at Silberman School of Business, Fairleigh Dickenson University. Work with gifted high school and college students. Assist them is achieving admission to America's finest universities; despite defined obstacles. Help college students maximize and clarify their college experience and find internships for these students. In addition, I serve as a dedicated Board member to several prominent non profit agencies.
