With a passion for training and coaching, Nick started Exit Strategy Realty in 2009 with 8 agents, and since then has grown the operation to a regional powerhouse boasting over 150 sales and leasing agents selling residential, commercial & investment property across Northern Illinois. He also remains deeply active with his own clientele, being consistently awarded the Top Producer designation by the Chicago Association of Realtors, as well as a five time recipient of Chicago Magazine's "Five Star Real Estate Agents" award 2011-2015. This summer he is featured in CS Men's Book as a "Real Estate Visionary" for 2015.

Earlier this year, Nick launched his 2nd company, Nick Libert Development, focused on the purchase, renovation/improvement, and resale of properties in Chicago neighborhoods looking for beautification.
