Since 1998, he has been helping people buy, sell and invest in property across the Midwest, and since 2001, been involved in brokerage management and ownership. Awarded local, regional and national awards by both Keller Williams Realty and Exit Realty, he is the managing broker/owner of Exit Strategy Realty, Exit's largest franchise in the Midwest.

With a passion for training and coaching, Nick started Exit Strategy Realty in 2009 with 8 agents, and since then has grown the operation to a regional powerhouse boasting over 150 sales and leasing agents selling residential, commercial & investment property across Northern Illinois. He also remains deeply active with his own clientele, being consistently awarded the Top Producer designation by the Chicago Association of Realtors, as well as a five time recipient of Chicago Magazine's "Five Star Real Estate Agents" award 2011-2015. This summer he is featured in CS Men's Book as a "Real Estate Visionary" for 2015.
Earlier this year, Nick launched his 2nd company, Nick Libert Development, focused on the purchase, renovation/improvement, and resale of properties in Chicago neighborhoods looking for beautification. He is also heavily involved on the board of EdgeAlliance, a Chicago based charity fighting homelessness and providing vital human services, and served as Dining Out for Life 2015 chairperson for our city. He serves on the Chicago Association of Realtors Grievance Committee, and is a regular contributor to HGTV on such shows as House Hunters, Good Buy/Bad Buy, and the new A Sale of Two Cities.
