The same passion and commitment that made her a professional success has enabled her to raise awareness, funds and support for a great variety of causes and organiza-tions, including the Association of Real Estate Women Charitable Fund, CREW Net-work Foundation, Dress for Success, Humane Society, New Heritage Theatre Group, St. Francis Food Pantries & Shelters and Women in Need. She has been a co-chair for the Go Red for Women Luncheon for the American Heart Association in New York City, and featured speaker for the Long Island Association’s Go Red Lunch. In 2012 and 2013, she co-chaired the annual Women of Valor Tea for the St. Francis Food Pantries & Shelters at the Waldorf-Astoria, resulting in some of the highest donations in the organization’s history.

As Chairman of Douglas Elliman’s Retail Leasing and Sales Division, i.e., “The Retail Group,” Ms. Consolo provides expert counsel to tenants and landlords. Over the years, she has encouraged and counseled countless businesses, helping them emerge as major players by strategizing locations, branding and/or visual merchandising for such designers as Alexis Bittar, Alice + Olivia By Stacey Bendet, Bond No. 9, Buccellati, Cartier, Caruso, Bruno Magli, Christian Louboutin, Fendi, Ferragamo, Fogal, Giorgio Armani, Ivanka Trump Jimmy Choo, Manolo Blahnik, Oro Gold, Paul Morelli, Peter Millar/Richemont Group, Versace, Saint Laurent, as well as globally based mass merchandisers Who.A.U. and Zara., among others. Always committed to the neighborhoods she serves, she has also been instrumental in providing accessible locations for non-profit and community-based organizations, such as Children’s Aid Society, Ralph Lauren Center for Cancer Care and Prevention, Friends of the Children, U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Internal Revenue Service, Food Banks For New York and AIDS Service Center NYC.

Across the country, Ms. Consolo is a dominant force on many levels, but especially in her home base of New York City. As the sole retail consultant to the Economic Devel-opment Corporation she helped revitalize Times Square and Penn Station. She is con-sidered a key player in the return Fifth Avenue's glory as the "Luxury Walk" and Madi-son Avenue's recapturing its glitter as the "Golden Mile.” The author of the quarterly compendium, Faith Report, she is a relied upon resource for retail, restaurant and hotel activity. In addition, she is quoted in numerous industry articles and her semi-monthly blog on the Huffington Post, The Faithful Shopper, is a must-read for fashion con-scious readers around the world. Faith is also a frequent guest on television programs on major U.S. networks, including ABC, CBS, NBC, MSNBC, CNBC, CNN and Fox News, as well as foreign stations such as Deutsche Welle TV and Fuji TV.
