I received my BS degree from the University of Arkansas. I taught science for 3 years. I ran a medical practice for 10 years, started and a retail store for 9 years and moved to Manhattan 10 years ago and obtained my real estate license.

Kathy McFarland moved to New York City in the fall of 2006 from Arkansas where she resided for over 40 years. Since obtaining her Arkansas Broker’s License in 1984, she has always had a passion for real estate. Her southern hospitality and desire to be ‘the best in the business’ has fueled her stature as an accomplished real estate broker who has represented business leaders, celebrities, professional athletes and families alike.
