In Angulo’s free time, he loves to travel and learn about other cultures and languages. He speaks English, Spanish and Portuguese – which gives him a monstrous advantage in one of the country’s most diverse markets. He’s also a big tennis fan, and even worked as a volunteer for the Miami Open in Key Biscayne, as well as a music lover. His passion for classical music led him to a position on the advisory board of the Miami Symphony Orchestra. Angulo also likes to give back to his communities. Angulo is an ambassador for International Solidarity for Human Rights, as well as the Miami Dade County Chairman for Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate’s CARES Foundation
Francisco Angulo is Managing Broker for Coldwell Banker’s Coconut Grove office, conveniently situated in the heart of the Grove at the corner of Main Highway, McFarlane Road and Grand Avenue.
A Miami resident since 1988 and a Realtor since 1994, Angulo’s residential sales and management experience has given him the expertise he needs to assist his clients and associates. Because he has traveled the world extensively, the international market is a huge focus for Angulo, who is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese, and also understands some Italian.
Angulo, 54, is a member of numerous professional organizations, including the National Association of Realtors, Florida Realtors, Miami Association of Realtors, Asian Real Estate Association of America, National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, and National Association of Real Estate Brokers.
A firm believer in continuing education, Angulo holds many industry designations, including the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Transnational Referral Certification (TRC) and Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB), among many others.
Angulo understands the importance of giving back to one’s community, and he proudly supports Coldwell Banker Cares Foundation, the University of Miami Clinical Research Unit, and the Children’s Diagnostic & Treatment Center, among other organizations. He also is an Ambassador for International Solidarity for Human Rights, promoting the 30 articles of The Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
A native of Venezuela, Angulo holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Andres Bello University in Caracas, Venezuela.
